Abe Leser is a Certified Mortgage Broker and is President of the Capmax Advisory Group. He is involved in all aspects of the Commercial Finance & Real Estate Advisory services offered by the firm. Abe’s hands on style and creative out of the box thinking have helped countless clients grow and manage their real estate portfolio. He has facilitated financing in some of the most complex and challenging transactions, helping clients overcome legal, organizational, environmental, and financial obstacles.Abe has been active in the real estate and banking industries for over 17 years during which he has built an extensive network of talented professionals. His passionate, thorough, and in depth approach to every file have garnered him valuable expertise in loan origination, underwriting, due diligence, syndication, and commercial finance.
Elan Golan is the Vice President of Business Development & Origination at the Capmax Advisory Group and has been a member of the Capmax team since 2013. He oversees both the CMHC insured and Conventional commercial mortgage programs.
Elan has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of international business environments, filling various management roles including in finance, marketing, sales, analytics, and business development. He holds an MBA from the Tel Aviv University Recanati School of Management.
Aaron Cohen holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, with a major in Finance and a minor in marketing. Aaron has vast experience and training including such fields as portfolio management, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis.
David Sandel has joined the Capmax Advisory Group team in 2023 as a licensed Mortgage Broker. He brings extensive training and experience to the firm and looks forward to helping continual growth at Capmax, building on past successes and Capmax’s extensive professional network and client base.
